Privacy Policy
What KongMNG Game Wire collects, why it collects it, and the choices you have.
What we collect
Information you send us. When you use the Request a Story form, the Reader Reviews form, or the comment form, we receive the details you type in, such as your name and your message. If you email us, we receive your email address and the contents of your message.
Newsletter. If you subscribe to the Game Wire Weekly newsletter, your email address is collected and stored by beehiiv, the service that sends the newsletter.
Automatic information. Our hosting and analytics provider, Cloudflare, gives us overall statistics about visits, such as which pages were read, the country a visit came from, and the type of device and browser used. Polls and article reactions use a small cookie so the site can remember your vote or reaction and prevent duplicates.
How we use it
We use this information to run the site, answer inquiries, moderate comments, publish reader submissions as described in the Terms of Service, send the newsletter to subscribers, understand which coverage readers enjoy, and keep the site secure.
What we do not do
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the service providers that help run the site, such as hosting, analytics, newsletter delivery, and form and comment storage, and when the law requires it.
Cookies
KongMNG Game Wire itself uses cookies only for the poll and reaction features described above. Some linked services, such as beehiiv, social networks, and stores, may set their own cookies under their own policies. The site does not currently run third-party advertising cookies. If that changes, this policy will be updated.
Your choices
You can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time using the link in any issue. You can email [email protected] to ask us to delete a form submission, a comment, or other information you sent us. You can also block cookies in your browser settings, although polls and reactions may not remember you.
Children
KongMNG Game Wire is a general-audience gaming news site and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
Changes and contact
This policy may be updated as the site grows. The date at the top of this page shows the latest revision. Questions about this policy can be sent to [email protected].
