The stage is set. Riftbound: Radiance, the latest set for the League of Legends trading card game, is available now — and it’s the first Riftbound set to launch simultaneously in English, French, and Simplified Chinese.

Built around performance and the iconic music of the League of Legends universe, Radiance packs 180 cards into the set, including more than 60 Showcase cards. It’s the fifth Riftbound set, and it closes out the game’s 2026 lineup before the calendar turns to next year’s Legacy set.

Nine new Legends take the stage

The headliners are the nine new Champion Legends: Seraphine, Evelynn, Ekko, Ziggs, Jarvan IV, Orianna, K’Sante, Mordekaiser, and Riven. Ekko and Seraphine front the booster display art, with Ziggs and Jarvan behind them, and Seraphine’s Legend card carries the name Starry-Eyed Songstress.

Three new keywords debut with the set. Deploy plays Gear directly to a Battlefield, where it grants benefits until an opponent holds that Battlefield. Show Off unlocks a new effect when you reveal a qualifying card from your hand or board. Disarm lowers an enemy unit’s Might as you attack, and each instance stacks. New card types join the Rift too, including Equipment Units through Orianna’s Legend effect, Bomb tokens that set each other off in a chain reaction, and Neeko — Riftbound’s first neutral domain Champion Unit, playable in any deck regardless of its domains.

The chase card: one in 4,000 packs

For collectors, the headline is Packed Amphitheater — Riftbound’s rarest Ultimate Rare yet, and the first Showcase Battlefield to be an Ultimate Rare. It appears in roughly 0.025% of booster packs, or about one in 4,000. Riot has been blunt about why it’s so scarce: the first Ultimate Rare, the Baron from Unleashed, wasn’t quite as rare as the team wanted it to be. The correction is dramatic, and no Ultimate Rare is guaranteed in any pack, display, or case — a single pack can never hold more than one.

Music takes center stage across the Showcase lineup, with K/DA Special Alt Art cards, Heartsteel Overnumbers, musically inspired Alt Art Runes, and Overnumbered variants of all nine new Legends, which can also be found with an artist’s signature. A standard pack holds seven commons, three uncommons, one foil slot, one rare or epic, one variable slot, and one token, rune, or Alt Art rune.

Seraphine vs. Evelynn Showdown Decks

Alongside the boosters, the Seraphine vs. Evelynn Showdown Decks arrive as Riftbound’s second two-player preconstructed product, following Vendetta’s Zed vs. Shen. The decks pit Seraphine’s bright, bubbly performance against Evelynn’s sultry tones right out of the box. Each Showdown Deck contains two 56-card preconstructed champion decks, two booster packs, two playmats, and a rulebook.

Players can pick up Riftbound: Radiance at the official Riot Games Store and at select local game stores, with booster packs, Showdown Decks, and the Radiance Vault, which includes a storage box, six Radiance booster packs, foil tokens, and a set of 36 Runes.

Competitive play heats up

Radiance arrives as Riftbound heads into its first Regional Championships: Stuttgart, Germany hosts the European Regional Championship November 6–8, and Las Vegas, Nevada hosts the North American Regional Championship as part of Convergence Fest December 11–13. Closer to home, local game stores will run Radiance Summoner Skirmish events beginning November 9 and December 14, and Nexus Nights promo packs have been refreshed with Radiance cards, headlined by Lulu, Whimsical.

The set also earned a spot in The Pop Insider’s 2026 Holiday Gift Guide, which features nearly 200 items from more than 100 companies — a nice mainstream nod for a game still in its first year.

What’s next

Radiance closes out Riftbound’s 2026 set lineup. Next up is Riftbound: Legacy, arriving January 29, 2027 with 346 cards and 93 Showcase cards, with its first preview at Convergence Fest December 11–13. The 2027 roadmap continues with Proving Grounds 2nd Edition on February 19, 2027, and The Reckoning on April 30, 2027.
